the location is perfect. It's super close to the navigli canals, such a cool area! i loved the amazing view from my room's balcony on the 4th floor. amir, the concierge, was so warm and helpful. the breakfast was seriously delicious!!!

The street noise was noticeable because the hotel sits on a busy road. Lots of motorbikes zoom by, especially at night.

The hotel features a superb location. It is near the canals and very accessible to the duomo plaza! the surrounding area has many restaurants, bars, and pubs, perfect for exploring local cuisine and nightlife.

the breakfast buffet includes fresh cheeses, various cold cuts, fruits, and cakes! cappuccinos and espressos are available and they are really good. the woman managing breakfast was fab, always ensuring everything was perfect!!!

the staff were ever so lovely and friendly, always positive on arrival and when leaving! the reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day. amir, mina and edit provided helpful and friendly service!!!
